本文介绍了采用工业控制机实现燃煤锅炉智能化控制的原理和最佳燃烧控制的改进方案,并在一台35t/h,链条式燃煤炉上进行试验研究。结果表明,智能采样控制和最佳氧量给定与负荷的关系的确定,对优化燃烧是行之有效的。
This paper introduces the principle of using industrial control machine to realize the intelligent control of coal-fired boiler and the improvement plan of the best combustion control, and conducts experimental research on a 35t / h chain-type coal-fired stove. The results show that the intelligent sampling control and the optimal oxygen demand given the relationship with the load to determine, to optimize the combustion is effective.
