由鞍钢等15个单位承担的国家“八五”重点科技项目——高炉氧煤强化炼铁新工艺,经过5年的努力,现已全面按期完成,达到了预期目标。通过技术开发与攻关,在喷煤量指标、喷煤安全技术、喷煤工艺及装备水平、喷煤相关技术四个方面有所突破,氧煤强化炼铁应用理论的研究也有新的进展。为此,国家科委和冶金部于1997年1月9日在鞍山共同召开了鉴定会。 经过专家们的认真评议,高炉氧煤强化炼铁新工艺通过了鉴定。与会专家认为;在鞍钢现有原燃料条件下,高炉氧煤强化炼铁新工艺的工业试验实现了连续3个月平均喷煤
By the Anshan Iron and Steel Company and other 15 units bear the national “Eighth” key science and technology project - blast furnace oxygen coal ironmaking new technology, after five years of efforts, has now been fully completed on schedule, reaching the expected goal. Through technological development and research, breakthrough has been made in four aspects of coal injection quantity index, coal injection safety technology, PCI process and equipment level, and coal injection related technologies. There has also been new progress in the research on application of oxygen and coal in ironmaking. To this end, the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgy on January 9, 1997 jointly held in Anshan appraisal. After careful assessment by experts, the blast furnace oxygen-enriched ironmaking new technology passed the appraisal. Participating experts believe that in the existing raw materials under the conditions of Anshan Iron and Steel, blast furnace oxygen steelmaking new technology to achieve a new industrial test achieved an average of 3 consecutive months of coal injection
