眼后部的球壁异物伤是一种严重的眼外伤。其损伤后果不仅限于伤时眼部状况,还可引起各种并发症和后遗症,视网膜脱离就是这种眼外伤最常见的并发症之一。为了提高此类病例的治疗效果,以期减少球壁异物伤术后网脱的发生,现将我院部分住院病例追踪复查发生网脱的情况整理分析如下: 临床资料资料来源于1986年1月至1989年2月在我院住院的53例球壁异物手术患者中返回门诊复查的27例。1.一般情况:本组27例,27眼。其中男23例,女4例。20岁以下5例、21～40岁
