1 主题内容与适用范围本标准规定了超声波检验用钢制对比试块的材料选择、制作工艺、校验方法、标记、表面保护、塞孔以及对比试块与被检验材料或制品之间的关系等。本标准适用于碳钢和合金钢材料或制品在超声波检验时所用对比试块的制作与校验,对于镍基合金、钛合金、铝合金等其它类型材料亦可参照使用。对比试块可用于检验超声波探伤仪和探头的性能,也可用于金属、合金材料或制品在超声波检验时进行灵敏度的调整、校验和缺陷的评定。
