经济在飞速的发展、科技在迅猛的前行、生活质量日益提高。使得楼宇建筑不断的追求人性化、舒适化、个性化。随着高等院校的不断扩招和发展,多层的建筑已经不能满足学校发展的需要,很多高校都在兴建新的教学楼、办公楼、寝室楼,为了节省空间,更加合理有效的利用有限的占地面积同事满足广大师生的教学生活需要,高层建筑在高校应运而生。从而使得高等院校新建高层建筑消防工作存在的问题成为函待我们思考的当务之急。
