目的：对比分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术（L A）和开腹阑尾切除术（O A）治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2008年1月至2012年12月98例患者行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床资料，其中腹腔镜阑尾切除术（L A组）56例，开腹阑尾切除术（O A组）42例。比较两种术式的术中出血量、手术时间、肠功能恢复时间、切口感染、残余脓肿发生率、住院时间、住院费用、术后疼痛程度、切口满意度。结果：比较腹腔镜阑尾切除术组和开腹阑尾切除术组以上各指标差异均有显著意义（P＜0.05）。结论：腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾周围脓肿和开腹阑尾切除术相比，具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少和平均住院时间短等优点，是治疗阑尾周围脓肿较理想的手术方式。“,”Objective:Comparative efficacy of appendiceal abscess underwent laparoscopic and open operation.
