当前的中国经济变革处于重新探索期,探索的要旨不仅是为了在未来三五年间消除金融风险和维持可接受的经济增长率,更重要是探讨长期的经济和社会发展。就此,一个很具现实性和合理性的变革方向,是借鉴并超越20世纪50-70年代发达资本主义的“黄金时代模式”。这个变革方向能否实现,归根究底取决于整体的经济结构动态和社会-政治体制安排,也就是取决于如何重塑“中国模式”。
The current economic reform in China is in a period of reexamination. The thrust of its exploration is not only to eliminate financial risks and maintain an acceptable rate of economic growth in the next three to five years, but more importantly, to explore long-term economic and social development. In this connection, a very real and rational direction of change is to draw on and surpass the “golden age model” of developed capitalism in the 1950s-1970s. Whether this direction of change can be achieved depends, in the final analysis, on the overall dynamics of the economic structure and on the social-political institutional arrangements, that is, on how to reshape the “China model.”
