采用高效液相色谱法对5种酸模属植物根及3个不同产地羊蹄根中酸模素含量进行了测定,平均回收率102.37％,平均相对标准偏差2.34％。
The content of osmotic acid in the roots of five species of Rumex plants and three different production areas was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The average recovery was 102.37%, and the average relative standard deviation was 2.34%.
