目的分析连云港市预防接种不良反应发生特点,为今后工作中进一步降低预防接种不良反应的发生提供科学依据。方法对221例预防接种不良反应通过网络直报上报和月报告一览报表上报的相关信息进行流行病学统计分析和数据汇总。结果共有17种生物制品发生221例不良反应,总发生率为25.18/10万,发生年龄主要集中在0岁～组和1岁～组,两年龄组发生数占总发生数的80.54%。发生的不良反应以一般反应为主共206例,占总数的93.21%。临床诊断以局部红肿浸润为最多,占总数的54.30%。结论疫苗不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,多种疫苗均可发生,但发生率并不相同,提高基层接种人员的业务素质,严格掌握疫苗接种禁忌证,可以有效减少预防接种不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions of vaccination in Lianyungang City and provide a scientific basis for further reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions in vaccination in future work. Methods A total of 221 cases of adverse reactions of vaccination were collected through the network and reported monthly reports to carry out epidemiological statistical analysis and data summary. Results A total of 221 adverse reactions occurred in 17 kinds of biological products, with a total incidence of 25.18 / 100 000. The age of onset was mainly in 0-year-old group and 1-year-old group, with 80.54% of the total occurrence in both age groups. A total of 206 cases of adverse reactions to the general reaction, accounting for 93.21% of the total. Local infiltration of clinical diagnosis to the most, accounting for 54.30% of the total. Conclusions The occurrence of vaccine adverse reactions is related to many factors. A variety of vaccines may occur but the incidence rates are not the same. The professional quality of grass-roots vaccinators is improved. Strict vaccination contraindications can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of vaccination .
