盐城市郊区龙冈小学部分校舍地基,因被他人占用,被迫停建已有两年之久。最近,市区两级人民法院维护学校的正当权益,作出判决;并在当事人不服终审判决的情况下,采取果断措施,强制执行判决。校舍终于破土兴建。 Some of the school buildings in the suburban Longgang Elementary School in Yancheng City were forced to be built for two years because they were occupied by others. Recently, the people’s courts in the urban areas at both levels uphold the legitimate rights and interests of schools and make judgments; and if the parties fail to obey the final judgment, they must take decisive measures to enforce the judgment. The school building finally broke ground.
