两广路的开通对于两侧甚至周边的房地产项目都会有积极的影响,应当说,最直接受益的项目是四个:由西及东依次为:珠江绿洲、康城、京贸国际公寓、新华联家园。但是,受益的程度具体到各个项目却大不相同。一个房地产项目的价值在两个方面,一是居住的方便性和舒适度,二是对未来的想象空间而导致的增值潜力。我们试从公正客观的角度分析一下周边几个相关项目的具体情况,说明这个问题。
The opening of Liangguang Road will have a positive impact on real estate projects on both sides and even the periphery. It should be said that the four projects most directly benefited from west to east are: Pearl River Oasis, Cannes, Jing Mao International Apartment, Hualian home. However, the extent of benefits varies greatly from project to project. The value of a real estate project in two aspects, one is the convenience and comfort of living, and second, the potential for added value resulting from the imagination of the future. We try to analyze the specific circumstances of several related projects in the periphery from a fair and objective point of view to illustrate this issue.
