含锰量大于硅的灰铸铁至今未引起人们的重视,本文通过系统的试验,论证了低碳当量高锰灰铸铁的金相组织、激冷倾向、机械性能、密度、耐磨性和耐压致密性。推荐低碳当量高锰灰铸铁作为一种良好的耐压铸件的新材质。并提出了选择这种铸铁化学成份的新原则,即需控制一定的锰、硅差值。可作为提高耐压铸件质量、选用材质时的参考。全文共列金相照片19张,图9幅、表12个。
