由中国东方电气集团公司承包的巴基斯坦喀则—巴罗塔(GHAZ1—Barotha)水电项目 Co3标已于1996年12月1日正式签订承包合同,这是目前由中方在国外承担的最大水电项目,工程业主为巴基斯坦水电开发总署(WAPDA),中国水电八局参加该工程的施工。该工程位于印度河干流上,距巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡以东约90km 处,其首部工程(Co1 标)与发电厂房(Co3标)相联接。发电厂房项目包括土石心墙坝前池,前池调节闸、引水渠渠尾调节闸、溢洪道、发电引水
The Contract Co3 of GHAZ1-Barotha Hydropower Project in Pakistan contracted by China Dongfang Electric Corporation was officially signed on December 1, 1996. This is the largest hydropower project currently undertaken by the Chinese side abroad. Project owner Pakistan Hydropower Development Agency (WAPDA), China Hydropower eight Bureau to participate in the construction of the project. The project is located in the mainstream of the Indus River, about 90km east of Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Its first project (Co1 standard) is connected to a powerhouse (Co3 standard).
