目的探讨肠内营养治疗对上消化道恶性肿瘤术后胃排空障碍的疗效。方法选取2004年8月至2007年12月在本院外一科行上消化道恶性肿瘤术后出现胃排空障碍的20例患者进行回顾性分析,观察组20例采用空肠内营养治疗,观察患者的胃排空恢复时间、术后住院时间和体质量减轻量。结果空肠内营养组的胃排空恢复时间、术后住院时间和体质量减轻量均显著减少。结论空肠营养能有效地促进胃排空障碍的恢复,具有良好效果。因此,营养治疗在胃排空障碍治疗中具有极其重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition therapy on postoperative gastric emptying disorder in patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Twenty patients with gastric emptying disorder after operation of upper gastrointestinal malignancies in our hospital from August 2004 to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty patients in the observation group were treated with jejunal nutrition and observed The patient’s gastric emptying recovery time, postoperative hospital stay and weight loss. Results In jejunal nutrition group, the recovery time of gastric emptying, postoperative hospital stay and weight loss were significantly decreased. Conclusion jejunal nutrition can effectively promote the recovery of gastric emptying disorder, with good results. Therefore, nutrition therapy in the treatment of gastric emptying disorders has an extremely important role.
