[目的 ]研究小脑延髓池与头面部测量项目的相关关系及临床应用 .[方法 ]应用CT测量 30例头颅小脑延髓池深度和头最大长、眉间点 枕外隆凸点长 ,并作了相关和回归分析 ,推导出由头面部测量项目推算小脑延髓池深度的回归方程 .[结果 ]小脑延髓池深度为 (38.3± 3 .6 )mm ,由头最大长和眉间点 枕外隆凸点长推算小脑延髓池深度的回归方程分别为Y =0 .6 7X- 87.42 ,Y =0 .6 9X- 88.94.[结论 ]临床上可用头最大长和眉间点 枕外隆凸点长推算小脑延髓池深度
[Objective] To study the correlation between the cerebellar cistern and head and face measurement project and its clinical application. [Methods] Thirty patients with cerebellar cisterna pool depth and head maximum length were measured by CT, Correlation and regression analysis were used to deduce the regression equation for the depth of cerebellar cistern from head and face measurement. [Results] The depth of cerebellar cistern was (38.3 ± 3.66) mm, The regression equation for calculating the depth of cerebellar cistern was Y = 0.67X-87.42, Y = 0.96X-88.94, respectively.
