目的:建立FFAP通用柱快速测定急性化学中毒工作场所空气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的实验方法。方法:采用活性碳管吸附空气中的VOCs,用二硫化碳解吸后用带氢离子火焰检测器(FID)的毛细管气相色谱法测定。结果:在9 min内苯、甲苯、二甲苯等9种挥发性有机物实现快速分离,在3.1μg/ml~904.1μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9999,平均回收率为94.2%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~4.5%,最低检出浓度为0.03 mg/m3~0.2 mg/m3(采样体积4.5 L计)。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、快速,适用于急性化学中毒工作场所空气中VOCs的快速定性和定量。
Objective: To establish a method for the rapid determination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air of acute chemical poisoning by FFAP universal column. Methods: Carbon monoxide (VOCs) in the air was adsorbed by activated carbon tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide followed by capillary gas chromatography with hydrogen ion flame detector (FID). Results: The nine volatile organic compounds such as benzene, toluene and xylene were separated rapidly in 9 min. The correlation coefficients were all over 0.9999 in the range of 3.1μg / ml to 904.1μg / ml with an average recovery of 94.2% ~ 102.3%, the relative standard deviation was 0.3% ~ 4.5%, the lowest detected concentration was 0.03 mg / m3 ~ 0.2 mg / m3 (sampling volume was 4.5 L). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid and suitable for the rapid qualitative and quantitative determination of VOCs in the air of acute chemical poisoning.
