第四冶炼厂改进电动机軸瓦,解决了漏油問题,消除了設备隐患,提高了設备运轉率。这个厂炼銅轉炉高压鼓风机所用的电动机系德意志民主共和国进口的TDH118-2型电动机,功率为315瓩,轉速2965(轉/分钟),工作电压6000伏。原設备軸承的油封装置只有三道径向抛油槽。投入运轉后不久,由于本机軸瓦的工作溫度較高,潤滑油粘度变低,再加上軸瓦外壳的外部因电机本身的軸向抽风冷却所形成的負压区,致使潤滑油外漏,造成电机內部长期处于潤滑油浸漬的不利状态,成为我厂关鍵設备
