目的:建立反相高效液相色谱测定前列癃闭通片中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为WEL TECH Hisep C18-T(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(20∶80)(用磷酸调节pH值至3);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:283nm;柱温:25℃,进样量:10μl。结果:柚皮苷进样量在0.143~3.570μg内呈良好的线性关系;新橙皮苷进样量在0.164~4.110μg内呈良好的线性关系。两者的平均回收率分别为99.06%、98.40%,RSD分别为1.64%、1.29%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于前列癃闭通片中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of naringin and neohesperidin in Qianliefangshangtong tablet by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (20:80) (pH adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid); flow rate: 1.0 ml · min-1 ; Detection wavelength: 283nm; column temperature: 25 ℃, injection volume: 10μl. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of naringin and 0.143 ~ 3.570 μg. The new hesperidin injection showed a good linearity within the range of 0.164-4.110 μg. The average recoveries of the two drugs were 99.06% and 98.40%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.64% and 1.29%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The detection method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of naringin and neohesperidin in Qianliefang capsule.
