高校音乐教育主要是通过开展各种音乐活动,让大学生们从中学到一些基本的音乐知识和音乐技能,学习如何欣赏和表演各种不同的音乐作品,从而逐步提高自己的音乐素质、审美素质和音乐表演能力,提高自己的艺术修养,促进人文素质的提高。本文主要是结合自己多年的音乐实践以及对云南省楚雄州所有高校音乐教育现状的调查研究,简要谈论高校音乐教育的功能;目前高校音乐教育的存在的不足之处以及就如何加强高校音乐教育提出自己的建议。
