目的 :黑质 (SN )面积的缩小可见于帕金森病的患者。黑质位于红核的前下外侧 ,精确定位黑质真实的解剖学位置对于精确测量SN的面积非常重要。本文的目的是通过影像与解剖学表现对比来明确黑质的确切位置。同时 ,还尝试采用自旋回波(SE)质子密度加权和快速的较短反转时间
Purpose: A reduction in the area of the substantia nigra (SN) can be seen in patients with Parkinson’s disease. The substantia nigra is located at the anterior and inferior side of the red nucleus. It is very important to accurately locate the true anatomic location of substantia nigra for accurately measuring the area of SN. The purpose of this article is to determine the exact location of the substantia nigra by contrasting the image with the anatomy. At the same time, we also try to use the spin echo (SE) proton density weighted and fast short reversal time
