我国高速铁路大部分以桥代路,桥梁比例占到总建设里程的80~90%,甚至更高,为满足高速及高平顺性,CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道技术开始在我国高速铁路桥梁上使用,并有望在未来广泛使用,但目前还没有成熟的施工技术。本文详细阐述了CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道底座板的特点、桥梁底座板段落划分原则及技术标准及CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道底座板施工方法,可供同类工程施工参考。
Most high-speed railways in our country are bridge roads. The proportion of bridges accounts for 80-90% of the total construction mileage, and even higher. In order to meet the demands of high speed and high ride comfort, the CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track technology is used on high-speed railway bridges in our country. And is expected to be widely used in the future, but there is no mature construction technology. In this paper, the characteristics of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track base plate, the principle of division of the bridge base plate and the technical standards and the construction method of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track base plate are described in detail, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
