本文采用间接血凝法对171名19～56岁健康成年人小剂量（0．1ml）皮内接种精制白喉类毒素。结果显示，这种方法接种精白类无论其免前有无抗体，均可在短时间内产生较高的阳性率及抗体水平。因此，当成人白喉爆发流行时，无须经锡克氏试验筛选，直接选用这种方法进行应急接种，将可产生理想的免疫效果。
In this paper, 171 low-dose (0.1ml) healthy adults aged 19-56 were vaccinated intradermally with purified diphtheria toxoid by indirect hemagglutination. The results show that this method of vaccination of patients with or without pre-immune antibody, can produce a high rate of positive and antibody levels in a short time. Therefore, when the outbreak of adult diphtheria epidemic, without Sick’s test screening, direct use of this method for emergency vaccination, will produce the desired immune effect.
