一、2000年侦查学研究概况2000年欣逢世纪之交,又是世界范围内侦查学约百年诞辰纪念,我国一些学者围绕侦查学在新世纪如何谋求发展契机进行探讨。从整体上看,这一年侦查学的研究依然保留了密切联系实际的重要特点,同时也出现了一些新的动态。一句话概括,可以说2000年我国侦查学研究是在冷静与理性思考中度过的。由于我国尚未成立全国性的侦查学会,加之其它众所周知的原因,侦查学界同仁仍然处于“各自为战”的境地。因此,虽然今年学术界发表的侦查学论著不在少数,但真正形成学术热点、争议问题的并不多。这一局面要想彻底改观,尚待时日。尽管如此,侦查学界也针对一些重点问题如侦查体制改革、侦查措施、侦查行为与反侦查行为以及典型类案的侦查等,进行了广泛研讨.获得了较令人满意的成果。 I.
