为了评价乙酰甲胺磷在银耳上使用的安全性,研究了乙酰甲胺磷及其代谢物甲胺磷在银耳子实体和银耳培养料中的消解残留规律。试验结果表明:乙酰甲胺磷在降解过程中可转化为甲胺磷;乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在银耳培养料中的降解半衰期分别为0.7d、0.6d;按推荐剂量低浓度直接对银耳子实体施药,乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在银耳中降解半衰期分别为4.5d、2.1d,银耳采收时乙酰甲胺磷的残留量为2.26mg.kg-1,甲胺磷残留量为0.25mg.kg-1;菌袋扩穴后按推荐剂量高浓度对菌袋施药,乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在银耳中的降解半衰期分别为5.6d、7.9d,银耳采收时乙酰甲胺磷残留量别为0.74mg.kg-1,甲胺磷的残留量为0.1mg.kg-1。两种施药方式,银耳中乙酰甲胺磷残留量均超过我国规定的MRL值(0.2mg.kg-1),而甲胺磷均不符合不得检出的要求。
In order to evaluate the safety of acephate on the use of Tremella fuciformis, the residues of acephate and methamidophos metabolite methamidophos in Tremella fuciformis and Tremella fuciformis were studied.
