对正常、钙缺乏和维生素D缺乏的大鼠 ,观察其体外培养的长骨成骨细胞的维生素D受体最大结合容量 ,结果显示维生素D缺乏组显著低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。
The maximum vitamin D receptor binding capacity of long bone osteoblasts cultured in vitro was observed in normal, calcium-deficient and vitamin D-deficient rats. The results showed that the vitamin D deficiency group was significantly lower than that of the normal group (P <0.01) .
