就钢的直读发射光谱分析,研究了被测元素和铁谱线积分强度相对变化的相关性,探讨了与各元素物理性质和化学性质相关的问题。得到了锰、镍、铬、钼、锡、铌、硒及钴所显示的较高相关性结果。另外,由于这些元素的大部分谱线和铁的情况相同,这是由处于激发状态的一价阳离子发射的离子线,所以得知了其激发能也和铁相类似。除此以外的元素不太显示出高的相关性。并进一步得知了在硅、硫、铝、钛及锆的场合下由于偏析现象的影响,这一相关性是极低的。
Based on the direct reading emission spectrum analysis of steel, the correlation between the integral intensities of the measured element and the iron spectrum was studied. The problems related to the physical and chemical properties of each element were discussed. The higher correlations shown for manganese, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, tin, niobium, selenium and cobalt were obtained. In addition, since most of the lines of these elements are the same as in the case of iron, which is the ion line emitted by the excited monovalent cation, it is known that its excitation energy is also similar to that of iron. The other elements do not show a high correlation. And further learned that this correlation is extremely low due to segregation in the case of silicon, sulfur, aluminum, titanium and zirconium.
