在21世纪知识经济时代和当前我国进行新课程改革的时代背景下,传统的教学模式已经不能适应时代发展的需求,在课堂教学中实施“引导-探究”教学模式,才能培养具有探索精神和实践能力的创新型人才。在西方音乐史教学中采用“引导-探究”教学模式,有利于提高教学效果和学习质量,逐步培养学生收集资料、改造利用资料去解决问题的能力。
