代谢酶多态性决定着对致癌化学物的易感性,是肿瘤发生的遗传性影响因素之一。国外已明确N-乙酰化转移酶与膀胱癌、肠癌、乳腺癌的联系,特别是已公认与膀胱癌的关系,慢型者的超额危险度约为2~3。我国尚未见报道。为此,对膀胱癌病人中乙酰化酶多态性作了调研。39例膀胱癌病人中,27例为慢型(69.2%)1144名中学生中,232名为慢型(20.28%);基因频率分别为0.8321及0.4503,有显著统计学差异;由此计算出乙酰化酶慢型者的膀胱癌相对危险度为8.9(4.9~15.9倍)。本调研为我国癌症的病因学研究开辟了一新线索,有助于阐明癌症的遗传性影响,并可检出高危人群,特别是应用于职业性接触致膀胱癌患者的健康监护,以加强预防。
Metabolic enzyme polymorphism determines the susceptibility to carcinogenic chemicals, is one of the hereditary factors of tumorigenesis. Abroad has clearly N-acetyltransferase and bladder cancer, intestinal cancer, breast cancer, especially has been recognized with the relationship between bladder cancer, chronic excess risk of about 2 ~ 3. China has not yet reported. To this end, in patients with bladder cancer, acetylase polymorphisms were investigated. Of the 39 bladder cancer patients, 27 (29.2%) of the 1144 middle school students were slow (232.2%); the gene frequencies were 0.8321 and 0.4503, respectively, with significant statistics The difference was statistically significant; thus, the relative risk of bladder cancer was calculated to be 8.9 (4.9 to 15.9 times) in patients with chronic acetylase. This study opens up new clues to the etiology of cancer in our country, helps to elucidate the hereditary impact of cancer, and can detect high-risk groups, especially for occupational exposure to bladder cancer in patients with health care to enhance prevention .
