在砂浆中掺用加气剂,能改善砂浆的和易性和保水性,使之易于压注,且可达到节约水泥的目的。我段在开始压浆时是按照专隧(65)1002的要求施工的。所用砂浆的配合比为1:3。这种砂浆保水性能差,易于离析,经常堵塞管路,影响施工进度。经过多次试验,除在操作中改进外,采用了加气砂浆进行施工,不但克服了管路堵塞,而且砂浆的配合比还由1:3改为1:5,节约水泥22%左右。
The use of air-entraining agents in the mortar can improve the workability and water retention of the mortar, making it easy to inject, and achieve the purpose of saving cement. In the beginning of the grouting work in our section, the construction was carried out according to the requirements of the special tunnel (65) 1002. The mortar used has a mixing ratio of 1:3. This type of mortar has poor water retention properties, is easy to segregate, and often clogs pipelines, affecting construction progress. After many tests, in addition to improvement in operation, the use of air-entrained mortar for construction not only overcomes pipeline blockage, but also the mortar mix ratio is changed from 1:3 to 1:5, saving about 22% of cement.
