At the end of September this year, the State Development Planning Commission issued a notice in accordance with No. 1170 of the “Dispatch Plan” [1989], and decided to continue to organize the selection of outstanding units for national equipment management in the future, and announced the new “Measures for Selection of Outstanding Unit Managers of National Equipment”. The new “Measures for Selection” was based on the review of the work experience of the previous two national excellent equipment management appraisers and revised the methods announced by the former State Economic Commission. Compared with the old methods in the past, the new “Selection Methods” requires higher standards and methods.
