目的:探讨糖调节正常代谢综合征患者的胰岛素抵抗及炎性因子的改变。方法:将62例研究对象分为时照组和糖调节正常代谢综合征(MS)组。所有患者均进行空腹血清胰岛素水平(FINS)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等检测并比较分析。结果:MS组的FINS、hs-CRP和TNF-α均较对照组显著增高,胰岛素敏感指数显著降低。简单相关分析显示hs-CRP和TNF-α与腰围、TG、SBP、FINS均呈显著正相关,与HDL-C、DBP等则无明显相关。多元逐步回归分析显示TNF-α和hs-CRP值与FINS水平间均有线性回归关系,而与腰围、TG、SBP等则均无线性回归关系。结论:糖调节正常代谢综合征患者,同样存在着胰岛索抵抗及炎性因子的改变,且其炎性程度与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of insulin resistance and inflammatory factors in patients with normal metabolic syndrome. Methods: Sixty-two subjects were divided into two groups: control group and normal glucose metabolism (MS) group. All patients had fasting serum insulin levels (FINS), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were detected and compared. Results: The levels of FINS, hs-CRP and TNF-α in MS group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the insulin sensitivity index was significantly decreased. Simple correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between hs-CRP and TNF-α and waist circumference, TG, SBP and FINS, but not with HDL-C and DBP. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that there was a linear regression relationship between TNF-α and hs-CRP levels and FINS level, but no linear regression relationship with waist circumference, TG and SBP. CONCLUSION: There is also a change in islet resistance and inflammatory cytokines in patients with normal metabolic syndrome, and the degree of inflammation is closely related to insulin resistance.
