构建经济、文化和法律领域全方位发展、各方面积极因素得到广泛调动的和谐社会给法学教育提供了一个新的历史发展契机,我国法学教育亟待新的发展思路,以便深化改革,满足构建社会主义和谐社会背景下的法律职业要求。本文回顾了我国法学教育的发展历程,从法律职业的角度对法学教育存在的问题进行了细致的分析,从而明确了构建和谐社会进程中法学教育的新思路。
