文章简要介绍汤屯高速公路水泥稳定基层的材料要求、混合料配合比设计及施工控制方法,针对半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝的成因,采用材料控制、级配优化设计和国外广泛使用的抗反射裂缝材料-Truepave聚酯玻纤布处治反射裂缝,并重点分析了聚酯玻纤布的施工工艺和施工关键控制要点。实践证明,这些措施能够对反射裂缝进行有效的处治,其延缓或防治反射裂缝的效果有待进一步的长期性能观测。
In this paper, the material requirements, mix proportion design and construction control method of cement stabilized grass-roots in Tangtun Expressway are briefly introduced. According to the causes of reflective cracking of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, the material control, grading optimization design and widely used anti-reflection Refractory material - Truepave polyester fiberglass cloth reflective crack treatment, and the focus of the polyester fiberglass cloth construction process and construction of key control points. Practice has proved that these measures can effectively deal with reflection cracks. The effect of retarding or preventing reflection cracks needs further long-term performance observation.
