目的:出院结账处管理的常见问题及对策探讨。方法:回顾性分析某医院一年内出院结账处因管理所发生的45例问题,分析问题出现的原因,并且按照其原因制定相应的预防对策。结果:某医院在2015年一共发生了45例出院结账处管理问题,其原因主要是因为内部、患者自身、信息系统、医保等原因。结论:对出院结账处加强管理,能够有效地减少问题的发生,提高服务质量。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the common problems in discharge checkout and its countermeasures. Methods: A retrospective analysis of a hospital discharge checkout at the hospital for 45 cases of management problems, analyze the causes of the problem, and in accordance with the reasons for the development of appropriate preventive measures. Results: In 2015, a total of 45 hospital discharge checkout management problems occurred in a hospital. The reasons for this were mainly internal, patient’s own, information system and medical insurance. Conclusion: Strengthening the management of discharge checkout can effectively reduce the occurrence of problems and improve service quality.
