艾滋病疫苗的研制历程上曾经有三次试验牵动世人的心,每一次,人们都怀抱满满希望期待改写历史,每一次,试验都以失败告终在很多人的心里,“艾滋病”无异于“死亡”。但在同病魔的战斗中,科学家从未放弃过努力。治疗性药物研发屡次失败后,艾滋病疫苗的开发是否能给全世界带来希望?不好的消息是,大部分的艾滋病疫苗都只走到了临床Ⅱ期,且止步于临床Ⅱ期。进入临床Ⅲ期的疫苗屈指可数,并统统以失败告终。
