人才是酒店持续发展的重要资源,酒店行业也越来越重视对人才的培养。培训是帮助人才成长的重要途径,然而有些酒店由于内部培训资源不足而导致其培训体系不完善。提出酒店人才持续定制培训体系这一概念,并以纳德酒店股份有限公司为案例样本,探讨在校企深度合作前提下,如何实现校企双方资源共享,借助专业教师的力量帮助酒店构建符合酒店实际培训需要且能实现人才持续发展的培训体系。
Talent is an important resource for the sustainable development of the hotel, and the hotel industry is paying more attention to the cultivation of talents. Training is an important way to help people grow, but some hotels have poor training systems because of inadequate internal training resources. This article puts forward the concept of continuous tailor-made training system for hotel personnel, and takes Nader Hotel Co., Ltd. as a sample to explore how to realize the resource sharing between school and enterprise under the premise of deep cooperation between school and enterprise. The actual training needs and can achieve the sustainable development of personnel training system.
