目的:探讨超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生及bFGF、ANG-1表达的影响。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法复制急性心肌缺血模型,应用免疫组化法测定缺血心肌内皮细胞数和微血管密度(MVD),检测缺血心肌局部碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管紧张素1(ANG-1)表达的影响。结果:超微血府逐瘀汤组内皮细胞数、微血管密度及bFGF、ANG-1蛋白表达均有明显升高,与麝香保心丸组比较,差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:超微血府逐瘀汤能够促进心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生,对缺血心肌具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与上调心肌局部bFGF、ANG-1蛋白表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Micro-Xue Xue Zhu Yu Decoction on the expression of bFGF and ANG-1 in ischemic myocardium of rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods: The model of acute myocardial ischemia was made by ligating the left anterior descending artery of coronary artery. The number of ischemic myocardium and the number of microvessel density (MVD) were determined by immunohistochemical method. The levels of local basic fibroblast growth factor bFGF), angiotensin 1 (ANG-1) expression. Results: The number of endothelial cells, microvessel density and the expressions of bFGF and ANG-1 in the micro-Xuefuzhuyu Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the Shexiang Baoxin Pill group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). CONCLUSION: DHAJ can promote angiogenesis of ischemic myocardium in rats with myocardial ischemia, and has a protective effect on ischemic myocardium. The mechanism may be related to up-regulating the expression of bFGF and ANG-1 in myocardium.
