我厂是一个综合性的电机制造厂,除生产大中型交直流电机、柴油发电机组、移动电站、低压开关屏外,还生产小型三相同步发电机。1980年我厂 TZH 系列自励恒压三相同步发电机荣获了国家优质质量银质奖章。我们深知,要保持优质品的质量,靠传统的工艺和检验把关已不能满足要求了。为此,在总工程师办公室成立了质量管理组,负责在全厂推进全面质量管理。首先把精力放在两个优质品—TZH(国优)和 T2W2系列(省优)的现场工序管理上,我们主要做了以下几方面的工作。
Our factory is a comprehensive motor factory, in addition to the production of large and medium-sized AC and DC motors, diesel generator sets, mobile power stations, low-voltage switch screen, but also the production of small three-phase synchronous generators. In 1980, our factory TZH series self-excited and constant voltage three-phase synchronous generator won the National Excellent Quality Silver Medal. We are fully aware that to maintain the quality of high-quality products, we cannot rely on traditional techniques and inspections to meet the requirements. To this end, a quality management team was established in the office of the chief engineer to take charge of the promotion of total quality management throughout the entire plant. First of all, we will focus on the on-site process management of two high-quality products – TZH (Guoyou) and T2W2 (provincially superior). We mainly do the following tasks.
