校园网是远程教学手段最先进的基础设施，目前在建设中存在着诸如重网络建设，不注重网络开发与应用等制约校园网发展的几个问题。分析了当前我国高校校园网建设的状况，以及发展中遇到问题的原因；从技术、思想和管理方面提出了相应的建议和看法。
The campus network is the most advanced infrastructure for distance learning. At present, there are several problems that restrict the development of the campus network such as heavy network construction and network development and application. Analyzes the current situation of the construction of college campus network in our country and the reasons for the problems encountered in the development; and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and opinions from the aspects of technology, thought and management.
