Although many Swiss people do not have enough income to buy private houses, Swiss settlers usually rent government-subsidized houses due to the improvement of the social security system, paying only several hundred Swiss francs a month for property management fees. Such incentives encourage the Swiss people to rent rather than buy a home way of saving money and peace of mind. House prices are high, people generally lack of savings awareness; the high level of urbanization in Switzerland, when the tenant is convenient and practical; rent government-subsidized houses, each month only pay a small amount of property management fees; to buy a house to pay personal property tax.
