对21例开角型青光眼的C/D、RNFLD、定量视野与P-VEP的潜伏期进行比较。结果表明:P-VEP的潜伏期与C/D、RNFLD有明显的相关,性但早期青光限中P-VEP延长的发生率较低。认为P-VEP对青光眼的早期诊断意义是有限的,但仍不失为一项观察青光眼视神经损害的客观指标。
21 cases of open-angle glaucoma C / D, RNFLD, quantitative field and P-VEP latency were compared. The results showed that the latent period of P-VEP was significantly correlated with C / D and RNFLD, but the incidence of P-VEP prolongation was lower in early stage of light intensity. It is believed that P-VEP has limited significance in the early diagnosis of glaucoma, but it is still an objective indicator to observe the optic nerve damage in glaucoma.
