为了研究α-辅肌动蛋白同脂膜的相互作用,用荧光能量转移法研究了α-辅肌动蛋白同含有不同脂成分的脂质体的结合能力,证明α-辅肌动蛋白能够同含有负电荷脂的脂膜结合,并且结合能力在一定程度上随脂双层中负电荷脂所占的比例的增加而增大。电镜实验结果又证明,在带有负电荷脂的脂质体、肌动蛋白丝和α-辅肌动蛋白的孵育体系中,能形成肌动蛋白丝的一端锚定在脂质体外膜表面的结构,这一结果支持了α-辅肌动蛋白在生理条件下可作为一种膜连接蛋白,将肌动蛋白锚定于生物膜这一假设
