晶体振荡器是无线电技术中的一个重要内容。这篇文章的目的是介绍使用固体器件的晶体振荡器的现代电路和怎样表示所复盖的不同频率范围。任何一个跟电子设备打交道的人迟早会碰到一种叫石英晶体的元件。特别是在通信这种特殊场合下,作为精密频率控制元件的石英晶体起着重要的作用。值得我们注意的是人们所熟知的所有物理现象中,今天能够非常精确地测量的是频率,而非常精密的频率源则是铯束频率标准。然而即使是铯束频率源,它的输出频率实际上还是用超精密石英晶体来产生;它的最后频率精度则是通过晶体频率与铯元素的原子谐振频率相比较来达到的。可惜,不仅在无线电爱好者而且在专业人员中,除了对石英晶体的重要性没有足够认识外,缺有关晶体的使用知识。希望本文有助于弥补这种情况。
Crystal oscillators are an important part of radio technology. The purpose of this article is to introduce the modern circuits of crystal oscillators using solid state devices and how to represent the different frequency ranges covered. Sooner or later, anyone dealing with electronic devices will come across a component called quartz crystal. Especially in the communication of this special occasion, as a precision frequency control of quartz crystal plays an important role. What deserves our attention is that among all the well-known physical phenomena, the frequency can be measured very accurately today, and the very precise frequency source is the cesium beam frequency standard. However, even with a cesium beam frequency source, its output frequency is actually produced using ultra-precision quartz crystals; its final frequency accuracy is achieved by comparing the crystal frequency with the atomic resonance frequency of the cesium element. Unfortunately, there is no knowledge about the use of crystals, not only for radio enthusiasts but also professionals, who are not sufficiently aware of the importance of quartz crystals. Hope this article helps to remedy this situation.
