浙江大学的“职业生涯规划”课程从2006年开设之初,就将互动式教学定位为该课程的主要教学模式。以社会互动理论为基础进行的教学设计得到了广大选课学生的普遍认可与好评。对教师作为具体教学互动环节的策划者、组织者和指导者所需要掌握的教学关键点的分享,为互动式教学模式在高校通识课教学中的广泛应用提供了可资借鉴的教学案例。8年的教学实践结果表明,寓教于乐的互动环节较好地起到了相互启发和相互激励的作用,对课程核心理念的意义建构所促成的行动力量实现了课程的教学目标。教学相长、定期总结、集思广益、团结协作是提高课程教学质量的重要途径。
Zhejiang University “Career Planning ” course was opened in 2006, the interactive teaching will be positioned as the main teaching mode of the course. The teaching design based on the theory of social interaction has been widely accepted and praised by the majority of elective students. The sharing of teaching key points that masters, organizers and instructors need to master for teachers as concrete teaching interactive links provides a teaching case that can be used for reference in the teaching of general education in colleges and universities. The result of 8 years of teaching practice shows that the interactive part of edutainment plays a good role in mutual enlightenment and mutual encouragement, and the action force contributed by the construction of the meaning of the core of curriculum realizes the teaching goal of the course. Teaching and learning, regular summary, brainstorming, unity and cooperation is to improve the quality of course teaching an important way.
