目的研究双能量减影技术对模拟肺间质性疾病检出的临床价值。方法征集健康志愿者259名,模拟颗粒、网状、蜂窝状三种肺间质性病变表现,对其进行直接数字化放射(DR)及双能量减影(DES)胸片检查。结果在2名医师对三种类型模拟肺间质病变的受试者操作曲线分析中,DES Az值均比普通DR高,其中模拟蜂窝状病变者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双能量减影技术对肺间质性疾病的检出有潜在应用价值,值得作为日常检查推广以达到最大的临床诊断价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of dual-energy subtraction in the detection of pulmonary interstitial disease. Methods Totally 259 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The performance of three kinds of pulmonary interstitial lesions was simulated, which were directly digitalized radiography (DR) and dual energy subtraction (DES) chest radiography. Results In two patients’ operation curve analysis of three types of subjects with simulated pulmonary interstitial lesions, the values of DES Az were higher than those in normal DR, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Dual-energy subtraction technology has potential value for the detection of interstitial lung disease and should be used as a routine check to achieve the maximum clinical diagnostic value.
