目的:对经方地黄饮子的血清药物化学进行研究。方法:利用UPLC-ESI-MS对地黄饮子体外样品及灌胃给予地黄饮子或单味药后家兔血清样品进行分析,比较各样品分析结果,确认地黄饮子的血中移行成分、代谢产物及其生药来源。结果:灌胃给予地黄饮子后家兔血清中发现9个血中移行成分,其中7个为新产生的代谢产物,2个为地黄饮子所含的原型成分,分别由五味子、远志、石菖蒲、巴戟天、山茱萸、肉苁蓉、附子、麦冬贡献产生。结论:初步确定了地黄饮子的血中移行成分及代谢产物,对其进行深入的研究,将助于阐明地黄饮子的有效成分及作用机制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the serum drug chemistry of Rehmanniae Decoction. Methods: The serum samples of Rehmanniae Decoction in vitro and intragastric administration of Rehmanniae Decoction or single herb were analyzed by UPLC-ESI-MS. The results of the analysis of each sample were compared to confirm the migration of Rehmannia glutinosa in blood and metabolism Products and sources of their crude drugs. Results: Nine blood samples were found in the serum of rabbits administered by intragastric administration of Rehmannia glutinosa, of which seven were newly produced metabolites and two were prototype components contained in Rehmannia glutinosa, respectively. Conclusion: The initial determination of Rehmanniae in the blood of blood components and metabolites, its in-depth study will help clarify the active ingredient Rehmannia decoction and mechanism of action.
