目的探讨多曲唇挡在不同牙颌阶段错颌畸形矫治中的临床应用。方法选择15例混合牙列期和恒牙列期的正畸患者,在矫治中配戴多曲唇挡,观察总结多曲唇挡的适应证和临床效果。结果多曲唇挡可以起到缺隙保持器、Frankel矫治器和增强支抗或推磨牙向后等作用。结论多曲唇挡应用于错颌畸形的矫治,适应范围广,可以24 h戴用,制作简便,患者易于配合,效果良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of the multi-song lip in the correction of malocclusion in different dental stages. Methods Fifteen orthodontic patients with mixed dentition and permanent dentition were enrolled in the study. The patients were treated with multiple-song lip stick and the indications and clinical effects were summarized. The results of multiple song lip block can play a gap retainer, Frankel appliance and enhance the support or move the molar backward and so on. Conclusions Multi-septum lip is applied to the correction of malocular deformity. It has a wide range of application and can be worn for 24 h. It is easy to manufacture and easy to be combined with good results.
