在Al2O3-SiO2体系中,分别加入FeO、MgO、Na2O等组分,采用熔融拉丝工艺制备了莫来石连续纤维;通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及能谱等分析,研究了莫来石纤维的形成过程及机理.实验表明：这种工艺能够制备组织形态为针状的莫来石纤维.讨论了采用玻璃纤维坩埚拉丝工艺制备莫来石纤维的可行性,为莫来石连续纤维的工业化推广提供了新的途径.
