Bleached blue 6B (ECAB) has one less sulfonic acid group than CAS, and poor water solubility. If it is converted to a dark brown ammonium salt (CAB), its water solubility is lower than that of CAS Good, easy to prepare than CAS, high product purity. CAB-Fe-CTAB system has been reported in the literature and used for the determination of iron in serum, with ε_ (630) = 1.68 × 10 ~ 5. We explored the CAB spectrophotometric method for the determination of high content of aluminum in the presence of cetylpyridinium bromide. This system not only developed fast, stable results, but also had higher content than CAS-Al-CPB system
