通过建设珠宝店视频监控系统的案例,对网络视频监控业务的需求背景、视频监控系统的解决方案、客户与运营商合作的模式及哈尔滨网通公司的“宽视界”视频监控业务中心平台等进行了介绍和分析,认为利用哈尔滨网通公司的“宽视界”业务中心平台组建视频监控系统有如下优势,即无需一次性投资,无需承担技术风险,无后顾之忧,能得到最新的技术支持,安装周期短、维护方便、扩容能力强、服务有保证等。
